The digital versions of the photographs will be available in the online sales gallery within 72 hours of the end of the photo session. Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering on the site. The delivery time for the photo print(s) purchased by the Customer shall not exceed 2 weeks for all orders placed in Metropolitan France and shall be 1 month maximum for all destinations outside Metropolitan France.

Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases or when one or more Products are unavailable, all Products ordered will be delivered at once.

The Vendor undertakes to use its best efforts to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer within the time limits specified above.

If the Products ordered have not been delivered within the time limits stipulated above, the customer may request reimbursement of the order from the end of the maximum delivery period. The transfer of ownership of the Products from the Vendor to the Customer will only take place after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of said Products.

Given the nature of the Products sold, orders placed by the Customer do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.

The contract is therefore definitively concluded as soon as the order is placed by the Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in these general terms and conditions of sale.
